Kick My Grass personnel will not handle, remove, or dispose of any hazardous materials. This includes, but is not limited to, asbestos, lead-based paint, chemicals, fuel, oil, pesticides, or any other substances that may pose a health or environmental risk. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all hazardous materials are properly removed or contained before our team arrives. If we encounter any hazardous conditions that compromise safety, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion. Your cooperation helps us maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Kick My Grass personnel are not responsible for any damage to property that may occur during the course of service. This includes, but is not limited to, broken windows, damaged siding, landscaping disturbances, or any other incidental damage. While we take every precaution to perform our work safely and professionally, certain risks are inherent to lawn care and landscaping services. Customers are encouraged to secure fragile items, clear the service area of potential hazards, and notify us of any concerns before service begins. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Kick My Grass personnel are not responsible for moving or removing objects that may obstruct our ability to complete the job. This includes, but is not limited to, trampolines, playsets, dog toys, lawn furniture, or other large items. To ensure efficient service, we ask that all necessary areas be cleared before our arrival. If an obstruction prevents us from performing our work safely and effectively, we reserve the right to refuse service or reschedule at our discretion.

Kick My Grass reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel services due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances that may compromise the safety of our team or the quality of service. Customers will be notified of any scheduling changes as soon as possible.

For the safety of both our team and your pets, we kindly request that all pets be secured and kept away from service areas during scheduled visits. Kick My Grass is not responsible for pets escaping or injuries that occur due to unsecured animals during service.

Kick My Grass is not responsible for issues related to pre-existing lawn conditions, including but not limited to pest infestations, dead or damaged grass, uneven terrain, exposed sprinkler systems, or underground utilities. Customers are responsible for informing us of any known concerns before service begins.

Our team takes care to operate equipment safely and efficiently. However, we are not responsible for damage to hidden obstacles such as irrigation lines, landscape lighting, underground cables, or other concealed objects. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any potential hazards before service begins.

All services must be paid in full according to the agreed-upon terms. Kick My Grass reserves the right to suspend or discontinue service due to non-payment or disputes. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

By submitting an appointment request, you consent to receiving text messages from Kick My Grass personnel regarding your appointment, service requests, and any other relevant communications. These messages may include appointment confirmations, service updates, reminders, and other necessary information. Standard messaging rates may apply. Your consent is not a condition of service, and you may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to discontinue further messages.
